You may cancel an order at any time. However, if the order has already been shipped in good faith, you will be responsible for shipping charges that have incurred.Prices

Capitol Hardware, LLC specializes in custom store fixtures. If you have a need, we welcome the challenge. Please be advised that custom orders will require a deposit and are non-returnable.Sales policy
Capitol Hardware, LLC sells primarily to contractors, architects, designers, retailers, entrepreneurs and home owners.Return Policy
If you are not 100% satisfied with your product, you may return it within 30 days of purchase. Please contact Capitol Hardware for authorization in order to receive proper credit. Returns without prior authorization will not be processed. All returns are shipped at the customer’s expense, must be received in resalable/unused/undamaged condition and are subject to a 25% restocking fee. No returns will be authorized for any product that was custom.Damages or Shortages
Check your order immediately upon receipt. Claims for damaged goods must be filed immediately with the common carrier. Note the damage on the freight bill or express receipt. The carrier agents are responsible for all damage claims. Call Capitol Hardware for assistance on UPS claims. Any claim or shortage must be made within five days after receipt of the goods.
